The below standards are applicable to all individuals from suppliers, vendors and staffing agencies operating on site or virtually on behalf of EthicsCode. Please review the applicable standards below for assignments at EthicsCode and inform your employee of all information that is relevant to their assignment at EthicsCode prior to their assignment start date.
- Complete the appropriate pre-employment checks for your employee.

- Please retain these signed documents in the employees file for audit purposes. Ethics Code reserves the right to request proof of signature upon written notice to Vendor.
- For computer facing non-Associates, once an assignment begins, the non-Associate must complete Information Security Awareness Training.
